At Aqua Haven, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Once your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Items not in original condition

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. The item must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
